TOYS FOR TOTS WILL NOT BE PROCESSING ANY MORE ORDERS AFTER DEC. 1st.   

If you wish to receive toys, you must complete the below Toy Request  form:

Please comply with the following rules:

1.     The request must be for TOYS only;

2.     The request must be written in English;

3.     Requests received prior to October 15th  will be rejected;

4.     You may e-mail the completed Request Form  by clinking on the”Send”  bottom link at the end of the Toy  Request Form;

5.     You may e-mail us at  toys4totsrequest@yahoo.com 

6.     You may call Barbara at 941-227-1097 with questions.

7.     A copy of this Requst will be provided to the Salvation Army for verification of your information;

8.      Sixteen is the oldest age a child may receive toys.

9.      DEADLINE: Request received on or before November 20th will be available for pick up on December 11th at the VFW located at 124 South Tuttle, Sarasota, Florida from 10:00 AM until 3:00 PM.

10. SECOND DEADLINE: Requests received after November 20th will be available for pick up on December 18th at the VFW,  124 South Tuttle, Sarasota, Florida from 10:00 AM until 3:00 PM.

11.     The parent must provide their date of birth and age or  a green card must be presented at the time of pick up.

12.     If you have more than six children, please send an e-mail to Jen at toys4totsrequest@yahoo.com.
